Good to know
We calculate the real driving route between your addresses and charge per mile, with a minimum fare. Popular routes — like IAH to Downtown, The Galleria or The Woodlands, Galveston, Dallas, Austin and San Antonio — have fixed flat prices. Late-night pickups (11 PM–5 AM), extra stops and meet & greet are shown line by line. Nothing is hidden.
Up to 6 passengers. With 4 or fewer passengers we fold part of the third row, so there is room for about 6–8 large suitcases. With 5–6 passengers plan for around 4–5 large bags plus carry-ons. The booking form shows a live luggage meter and warns you if it's tight.
Give us your flight number when booking. Your chauffeur adjusts to the actual arrival time. Domestic arrivals include 60 minutes of free waiting after landing; international arrivals include 90 minutes.
Yes — Terminals 10, 16, 21 and 25 at the Port of Galveston, from anywhere in Houston, IAH or Hobby. Book the return pickup at the same time and save 5%.
No. The price you see is the full fare for your ride — nothing is added at checkout. Tipping your chauffeur is always optional.
